Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours confirming your order and providing tracking details once it’s on the way.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DUTIES & TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ScentIvory is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. If approved, we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at SCENTIVORYLTD@GMAIL.COM with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
