At Scentivory, we want you to enjoy your perfumes and accessories with complete confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition as received

Unused and unopened (perfume bottles must remain sealed)

In the original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
