Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order.

You’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours once your order is on its way.
Shipping Charges

Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once your shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened (perfume bottles sealed), and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued for the order amount minus any return shipping costs.

Please note: custom or personalised items, sale items, and opened perfumes cannot be returned.
Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately at Scentivoryltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
