Refund policy
Return window: We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at SCENTIVORYLTD@GMAIL.COM if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item; once the return is accepted, place a new order.
